What counts as a "unit"?
A unit is any individual rental space with its own QR code. A studio apartment is one unit. A villa with 3 bedrooms is still one unit unless you want separate QR codes for each room.
Can I upgrade or downgrade anytime?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
Do you charge per issue?
No. All plans include unlimited issue reports. Your guests can report as many issues as needed without any additional charges.
Can I pay annually?
