Homes above 4,000 square feet or with more than eight air conditioning units are looked after on a bespoke plan. The pricing starts from a conversation about the home, not a spreadsheet.

Questions we hear often
What counts as "looked after"?
AC, plumbing, electrical, small repairs, and any emergency in those areas. Preventative work is planned in advance so the small problems don't become the big ones.
What's not included?
Parts and materials, charged at cost. Renovation and structural work. Anything outside the building envelope. Major capital projects like a full AC replacement.
How fast do you come in an emergency?
Within an hour in Jumeirah Park and JVT from launch. Otherwise the same day.
What happens when I'm travelling?
A nominated contact or a key-safe arrangement is fine. We plan it with you during the home visit.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Month to month, no penalty. Tell us when you'd like to stop and we'll close out the cycle.
Am I the tenant, landlord, or homeowner?
Any of the three. The plan sits with whoever pays. If you're a landlord, we can talk to your tenant directly for day-to-day issues.
