PropFyx was built by three people who'd watched too many homes in Dubai be let down by flaky maintenance. One from the trades. One from the technology side. One who knows the city. Together, a home maintenance service that actually shows up.
The trades
Alvinder Soor
Alvinder is a qualified electrician with a decade of experience running his own renovation company in the United Kingdom.
He is NICEIC registered, accredited by the Federation of Master Builders, and TrustMark approved. He is currently completing his UAE electrical licensing.
He leads the trade side of PropFyx. Every technician we employ works to the standards he sets. Every inspection is signed off against the checklist he wrote.
The technology
Levi Strange
Levi built the technology that sits underneath PropFyx. Every job logged, every photograph stored, every visit recorded against the home it belonged to.
He has spent the last decade building software for operational businesses across the UK and Dubai. His belief is that the value of good maintenance work is doubled by the records that prove it.
He looks after the systems and the operating model behind the service.
The city
Omar Hassan
Omar is the third of the three. A lifelong Dubai operator with the relationships and local knowledge that make a service like this possible in the city.
He handles the partnerships, the community work, and the operational reach on the ground. When a technician needs a replacement part from a supplier at seven in the evening, it is usually a call from Omar that gets it moving.
