AC servicing
Three visits a year, every four months. Coils, drain lines, filters, gas pressure, and a written record.
Plumbing
One full inspection a year, plus anything that goes wrong in between. Free labour on reactive repairs.
Electrical
Annual inspection, consumer unit check, earthing, and reactive fixes as needed. Certificate on file.
Handyman
Three hours a year for the small jobs that pile up. Fittings, fixtures, re-sealing, and carpentry.
Emergency callouts
Unlimited. Within an hour in launch communities. No callout fees, ever.
Compliance
Annual water tank cleaning and fire safety inspections. The Dubai rules, handled for you.
