The small jobs,

Everyone has the list. The picture that needs hanging, the door that sticks, the shower sealant that's gone. We bring the list with us and work through it in one visit.
What's typically done
- Hanging pictures, mirrors, shelves, curtain poles
- Door handles, hinges, latches, and adjustments
- Re-sealing bathrooms, kitchens, and silicone work
- Light fixture installation and swaps
- Small carpentry and furniture assembly
- Touch-up painting on small areas
Included in the plan
Three hours of handyman time a year, usually taken in one visit but splittable if you prefer. Emergency callouts for handyman issues are unlimited, separate from the three-hour allocation.
What isn't included
Materials are charged at cost. Larger carpentry like built-in wardrobes, structural alterations, and full room repainting sit outside the plan. If a handyman job turns into a project, we'll quote for it honestly and you can decide.
