- Fire safety inspection, including smoke alarms and extinguishers
- Scheduled reminders so you never miss a renewal
- Certificates and paperwork stored on file, available when you need them
Included in the plan
Fire safety inspection and smoke alarm testing are part of the annual electrical visit. Water tank cleaning is available at 25% off the standard rate for members.
What isn't included
Any remediation work identified during inspection, like replacing extinguishers or repairing the tank, is quoted separately. We'll always show you the issue before doing any paid work.
