A proper look at the whole system once a year, plus anything that goes wrong in between. Labour is free, parts are at cost, and the leak gets fixed before the ceiling comes down.
What's done on the annual inspection
- Mains pressure check and shut-off valve test
- Every tap, every shower, every outlet tested
- Drainage and waste flow check on sinks, baths, and showers
- Water heater inspection and thermostat check
- Visual leak check across visible pipework
- Written report with photos of anything worth watching
Included in the plan
One full inspection a year. Free labour on any plumbing repair that comes up. Unlimited emergency callouts for plumbing issues, with a sixty-minute response in launch communities.
What isn't included
Parts and fixtures (taps, cartridges, flush valves, hoses) are charged at cost with no markup. Major work like full re-piping or bathroom installation is a separate project. New appliance installation is quoted for the home.
