What counts as an emergency
- AC failure in hot weather
- Water leak, burst pipe, flooding
- Power loss across the home
- Locked out, door that won't shut, broken window
- No hot water
- Anything urgent that can't wait until morning
Response times
Within sixty minutes in Jumeirah Park and JVT from launch, with Town Square added in the coming months. Outside our launch communities we'll be there the same day, often faster.
Included in the plan
Unlimited callouts. No per-visit fees. Labour is free on AC, plumbing, and electrical repairs.
What isn't included
Parts and materials are charged at cost. If the emergency turns into a larger project, we'll stabilise the home first and give you an honest quote for the rest before starting any paid work.
