Clean coils, a fresh filter, drain lines cleared, and the system tested before we leave. We catch the small problems before they become the one that keeps you up at night.
What's done on each visit
- Full chemical coil clean, indoor and outdoor
- Drain line flush and leak check
- Filter replacement, or clean if it's the washable kind
- Thermostat calibration and fan check
- Gas pressure check, with a top-up if required (gas charged at cost)
- Written record of what was done and what to watch
Included in the plan
Three visits a year, scheduled every four months. Covered for up to eight AC units as part of the AED 649 monthly plan. Homes with more units are looked after on a bespoke plan.
What isn't included
Parts like compressors, capacitors, thermostats, and PCBs are charged at cost with no markup. Major work like full AC replacement is a separate project we can quote for. Duct cleaning and coil deep cleaning are available at 25% off for members.
